Head of North American Sales, Enterprise and Cloud
Steven Curtis is the Head of North American Sales, Enterprise and Cloud (formerly MetraTech), a business unit of Ericsson Support Solutions. His responsibilities include helping to empower enterprises to innovate their business models for competitive advantage and normalizing billing operations as they grow organically, through acquisitions or partnerships. Steven focuses on consulting with Operators as they engage the M2M and IoT environment.
Steven works with customers undergoing business transformation as the shift to as a service economy continues, largely driven by the Internet of Things, big data and the cloud. Steven works with customers across many industries including telecommunications, cloud, financial services and transportation.
Steven joined Ericsson in 2014 (through acquisition). Prior to Ericsson, Steven held sales roles at Azuki Systems, Metrobility Optical Systems, CPLANE and Gotham Networks and Lancast. He has over 20 years of proven sales executive experience from both start-up and larger-scale organizations, driving shareholder value while assisting his customers in emerging markets. Steven holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and Southeastern Massachusetts University
