Scott is an experienced IT executive with a wide range of experience over his 30 year career. Scott recently joined the leadership team at Madison Square Garden as EVP and CTO, after nine years as the EVP and CIO at Arbitron Inc. Arbitron, Inc., (now Nielsen Audio), is a media research company based in MD, provides audience measurement data for radio programming in North America and also had business lines including custom research, mobile measurement and technology licensing. In this role Scott was responsible for the IT, engineering, supply chain and purchasing functions, and had P&L responsibility for the mobile business unit.

Prior to Arbitron, Scott held a variety of positions including a number of years in consulting with both Accenture and PWC, SVP with Verizon, Chief Customer Officer at Vitria Technologies and 2 senior roles at start up companies in the telecommunications and off-shore services spaces.

Scott holds a BA in Economics from The College of William and Mary, and resides in MD with his wife and 2 children.
